The Animal Country Club facilities at Wood Farm in Ongar, Essex are second to none, providing a home from home experience for all our guests. We are conveniently located within easy reach from Brentwood, Chelmsford, Bishops Stortford and Harlow.

The Animal Country Club is where small pets go for their holidays and our professionally trained team will care for your small pet just as you would. You can be confident that your pet will have the pleasure of all our outstanding facilities.

What to bring

Essentials:

Up to date Vaccination card

Secure carrier for check in and coming home

Secure cage for stay for specific pets (please check with a member of our team on booking)

Any medication with instructions (enough for the entire stay)

Food/Treats

Bedding for own cage (Rabbits etc staying in one of our Chalets will be catered for)

Optional:

Favourite toys, any items such as exercise ball etc

Blanket or bedding (Any nervous or ‘first time’ guests may like a familiar scent)

SUPPORT

Trained staff are on hand for guests that require additional care during their stay; liaising with your registered veterinary practice for any existing conditions.

With members of the team living on site, additional care and attention can be given at all times of the day and night, such as administering medication.

Insurance is included throughout the duration of your pet’s stay with us, giving you peace of mind whilst you’re away.
