Our Cattery
The well-established FAB (Feline Advisory Bureau) listed facilities located at Wood Farm in Ongar, Essex are second to none, providing a home from home experience for all our guests. We are conveniently located within easy reach from Brentwood, Chelmsford, Bishops Stortford and Harlow.
The Animal Country Club is where cats go for their holidays and our professionally trained team will care for your cat just as you would. You can be confident that your cat will have the pleasure of all our outstanding facilities.
Prices
Cats £18.00 per day
Diabetic Cat £25.00 per day
All prices include feeding, heating, veterinary insurance, walking, brushing and VAT.
DISCOUNTS
10% Discount for 2 pets sharing from the same home.
20% Discount for 3 pets sharing from the same home.
30% Discount for 4 pets sharing from the same home.
What to bring
Essentials:
Up to date Vaccination card
Secure carrier for check in and coming home
Any medication with instructions (enough for the entire stay)
Any specific dietary requirements or allergies
Optional:
Food/Treats (we do stock a wide range of balanced wet & dry foods, this is included in guest’s stay)
Favourite toy or teddy
Blanket or single item of bedding (we do supply all guests with bed and vet fleece, but any nervous or ‘first time’ guests may like a familiar scent)
ON-SITE VETERINARY
SUPPORT
Trained staff are on hand for guests that require additional care during their stay; liaising with your registered veterinary practice for any existing conditions.
24 HOUR
CARE
With members of the team living on site, additional care and attention can be given at all times of the day and night, such as administering medication.
PET
INSURANCE
Insurance is included throughout the duration of your pet’s stay with us, giving you peace of mind whilst you’re away.

Big thank you to Animal Country Club for looking after our Bubble whilst we were in Dubai. As always their care is excellent I cannot fault them. Bubble is nearly 14 with a heart condition and I wouldn’t trust anybody else with her. Thank you for your care.
Amazing place! I board my 3 dogs here and they always come back happy! My eldest dog suffers from epilepsy but I never worry myself when the staff here care for him, I know he is being looked after so well.
I can't recommend this place enough. They are kind professional, skilled, very alert to any problems that may arise and I trust them 100%. I am a long term repeat customer, and several of my animals have health conditions that require a lot of care, and they treat them with love respect and total dedication.They are one in a million.

I left my little Jasper with them for the first time recently. I was so worried how he would be as he was a rescue dog. He was so well looked after and and so happy and content when he came home. The staff are so lovely and caring. Wouldn’t leave him anywhere else now. My friend recommended me to them. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Absolutely can not recommend this place enough. Staff are all friendly, helpful and obviously love animals. Rolo has been in for day care while I'm at work so I know he's not left on his own at home. He's also stayed overnight when we've been on holiday, as did our last doggy Xena. He is always happy to go, steals a little treat on his way in from the doggy pick and mix and never looks back. I feel totally relaxed knowing my baby is happy, safe and cared for. ��
